A Legacy Is Born

Over the years, the Renegade Wrestling Alliance has slowly but surely become Rhode Island’s home for independent professional wrestling. What began as a humble, “grassroots” project has grown into one of New England’s most unique and beloved promotions known for its own blend of athleticism and compelling, storyline-driven drama.

At RWA, we believe wrestling is more than competition: it’s an experience. Every event delivers the energy of sports mixed with the creativity of live theater, leaving fans with memories that last long after the final bell.

This didn’t start with a business plan.

Local wrestling promoters began asking for that same dependability at their own events, and that demand gave rise to Renegade Ring Rentals.
